I really enjoyed this book, and would recommend it. You'll certainly wonder if you'd participate if given the opportunity. There's plenty of excitement here with the training the slaves go through, and plenty of sexual encounters as well, including some betwjavascript:void(0)een unlikely partners. The auction is exciting, and leaves you wanting to read more about what happens to the slaves that are purchased during their year of service. As an entry into fetish erotica, it's a fine addition and begs to be explored further, discovering more about the dark recesses of human sexuality. For those without a passing understanding of the BDSM world, the idea of slavery, especially sexual slavery, is repellant. It is a fascinating relationship dynamic, built on trust, communication, but most of all consent. The Slave Factory by I.M. Telling
Synopsis
I purchased The Slave Factory a week ago, and believe it or not I never even bothered to read the book description. I got the book when a little Twitter tweeted me... to let me know that the new book was out. Of course that meant for me to go check it out. Mind you, it had been a while since I'd read one of Telling's books...but let me tell you, was I ever glad I did! Six pages into the book I had to stop, go back, and re-read it from the beginning-thinking that I had missed something. Then I blinked and before you knew it, I was on chapter six. My initial intent was not to read, but take a peak, start my Sunday dinner and get ready for the NBA playoffs. But that didn't happen. I kept right on reading. It was a struggle for me to put it down.
The story centers on a mild mannered and very inquisitive Tonya Wilson who suddenly decides marriage just isn't her cup of tea and that she'd rather indulge in pacifying an insatiable appetite than be tied down from 9 to 5. Then there's Jim & Sheila, a couple which lives on the edge, the two of them together they're almost impossible to satiate. Next, there's Jerome his appetite is voracious and he's just downright greedy. Annie has a ravenous desire but she has it all under control...And Bruce, well he's just an average guy with a fetish for fun, who's also proud to be gay. Put all six of these little pretties together and all that's missing is a little BDSM. All they need now is a little Social Recognition. I love a book that has numbered pages. And this is an ideal book to get introduced to the world of BDSM. And like a reviewer before me put it... "Once you get started it's a real page turner", you'll be close to the middle and trotting like Secretariat or Seattle Slew to reach the finish line, or rather, then end of the book.

Review
Telling writes the characters in a way that makes you wonder... (is he for real...or, are the characters really made up); This could very well be the boy or girl next door , with a side order of enhanced sexual elements, written in extraordinary ways. I really enjoyed reading about them and the book. Without giving anything away, there are a few twists here and there but you'll find those inside the book. And that tattoo, let's just say it's on the cover for a reason. I was surprised quite a few times during my read, but that just made the intensity of reading that much fun. And the ending, I can honestly say I love a good whammy, I definitely didn't see that coming. Come to think of it, I didn't see that times 3...yeah, it was just that good!
When it comes to storytelling, this is not a first for Telling. He's definitely been around the block a few times. But I must admit he certainly knocked this one out of the park. Yeah, so he left me hanging...he'll do the same to you. He has a tendency to make you laugh as he provides amusement to this entertaining piece, which just goes to show... by the way the story ended, he knew by then that he needed a Part II. I can't wait to hear/read if he can actually top this.
I hope we as readers get to travel more in part two. Either way, I've got my Amazon money ready, and I'll only be 1-Click away!

The Slave Factory ~ Fantastic!!!

The Slave Factory is the best BDSM novel I have read. I.M. Telling takes Tonya and five other students through a life changing experience as they are selected and attend The Academy for Per il piacere del Maestro (for the Masters pleasure). After completing the six-month course the Slave students are auctioned to the highest bidder for a year of service. The five students bond and learn limits far beyond any they could have imagined in a safe, controlled environment as they learn to love to submit to the Masters and Mistresses charged with the training for the Company. This is BDSM at its best!

An exciting new BDSM novel!

Imagine discovering that you have been observed, researched and analyzed for years before being approached with a most unusual offer. Then sent a secretive package with specific instructions, money and airline tickets to be interviewed. This story about diverse group of people who consent to train to become slaves and be auctioned off to the highest bidder in an elite auction is tantalizing. Imagine being offered enough money to retire a wealthy person after an intense six months of training and a minimum year in "Service". Each candidate must be willing to become accomplished in tasks that stretch well beyond their current sexual inclinations and gender preferences. Breaking the rules can mean dire consequences.
This diverse group of men and women become closely bonded as they are each modeled into someone very sophisticated, someone who will command a high price, some setting records at the auction. The training is focused not only on building expertise in a wide range of sexual and BDSM predilections, but the fine arts of conversation, etiquette, languages, wine and cigar appreciation.
Behind it all is an ancient,secretive group who have refined their skills in identifying, attracting and training slaves. But this group is unforgiving of betrayals and even candidates who are rejected are well-paid not to reveal information to anyone.
But,those individuals selected, trained and auctioned are introduced into a new world where their desire to serve in a total power exchange environment, means achieving their greatest desire. This book will leave you thinking about things you might never have considered or desired before. Once you pick it up, be prepared to stay up late reading.
